3. Estimates and Pricing

No removal work will begin until the customer has been informed of and approves the final price.

Once items have been loaded and removed, they may be transported, donated, recycled, transferred, or disposed of at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Customers should remove all personal property, documents, money, valuables, medications, electronic data, and items they wish to retain before service begins.
9. Property Access and Damage
We will use reasonable care while providing services. The customer is responsible for identifying pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, concealed conditions, restricted access, and other property risks before work begins.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Ordinary wear associated with moving large or heavy items
Damage caused by undisclosed conditions or unsafe access
Damage to items the customer instructed us to remove
Contents accidentally left inside discarded items
Conditions outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You may not use our website to:
